1 tbsp coconut oil
⅓ cup almond butter
1 tbsp maple syrup
(optional) pinch of sea salt
Method:
Add dark chocolate and coconut oil to a small mixing bowl and melt over a double boiler or in microwave.
Spoon about 2 tbsp of melted chocolate into each muffin mold (or liner) and place in the freezer to set.
In a second mixing bowl, mix almond butter and maple syrup until well combined.
Remove the molds from the freezer, spoon about 1 heaped teaspoon of almond butter mixture into each cup.
Cover each cup with another tablespoon of remaining melted chocolate. Sprinkle some sea salt on top (optional) and place in the freezer to set (it should take about 30 minutes). After that you can store them in the fridge or freezer.
